R. Fred Crabill - President/Senior Ecologist/Environmental Assessor.  Fred holds a B.S. in Environmental Biology from Florida State University, 1973. Fred has over 44 years of experience in ecological assessments, local, state, and federal permitting, Threatened and Endangered Species surveys, permitting and relocations, plant and habitat identification, establishing jurisdictional wetland limits, mitigation wetland monitoring, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

Matt Mouncey - Vice President/Senior Environmental Consultant. Matt holds a B.A. in Environmental Geography from University of South Florida, 1997. Matt has over 23 years of experience in environmental management, local, state, and federal permitting, environmental due diligence, Threatened and Endangered Species surveys, wildlife permitting and relocations, GIS and AutoCAD mapping, land surveying, water use permitting, land use permitting, local outreach and advocacy, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Matt has over 20 years of experience in the construction materials mining and concrete industry, with specific environmental management experience in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Matt is an INSTEP Licensed Environmental Professional, Northeast Polk County Chamber of Commerce Adult Leadership Class IV Graduate, and a Graduate of the Polk Vision Leadership Polk Class VIII, 2015.

Phil Chapman - Senior Ecologist/Fishery Biologist. Phil has over 47 years of overall experience including a leadership role with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and his current responsibilities at SES which include wetland monitoring, plant and habitat identification, establishing jurisdictional wetland limits, endangered species surveys, permitting and wildlife relocation projects, fish studies and field data collecting and reporting.

Catherine D. Litscher - Senior Environmental Scientist.  Catherine holds a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from the University of West Alabama, 1997.  She has been with SES for 10 years as an Environmental Scientist and has 20 years experience in all aspects of environmental resource permitting, plant and habitat identification, establishing jurisdictional wetland limits, endangered species surveys, permitting and wildlife relocation projects. Cathy is knowledgeable in all aspects of AutoCAD.

Christopher E. Bradshaw - Staff Ecologist/GIS Technician.  Chris holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida, 2013. Chris has over 14 years of experience in mitigation wetland monitoring, wetland stress assessment monitoring, environmental assessments, establishing jurisdictional wetland limits, plant and habitat identification, and Threatened and Endangered species surveys, permitting and relocations. Chris is knowledgeable in all aspects of GIS.

Danielle P. O'Brien - Environmental Technician. Danielle holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida, 2016. She has been with SES for one and a half years and has experience in mitigation wetland monitoring, wildlife surveys, and plant and habitat identification.

Susan M. Turner – Office Manager. Susan holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida and has been employed for 2 years at Southeast Environmental Solutions.
